We are pleased to inform you about recent developments regarding the 2026 and 2027 call calendar of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), implemented under the Horizon Europe Programme by the European Commission, as well as the upcoming conference announcement.
About the Conference
The “MSCA 2026 Calls Conference”, organized annually by the National Contact Points of TÜBİTAK, will be held physically in two different cities this year:
📍 15 April 2026, Wednesday – TÜBİTAK Feza Gürsey Conference Hall, Ankara
📍 16 April 2026, Thursday – Boğaziçi University Albert Hall, Istanbul
During both days of the conference, detailed information will be provided on the following MSCA programmes:
At the event, a representative from the European Research Executive Agency (REA) will deliver a presentation and answer questions directly. In addition, researchers will share their success stories from previous calls, and experts who have served as MSCA evaluators will provide insights into the evaluation process.
Information will also be provided on TÜBİTAK’s MSCA Support Programmes, National Contact Point Services, and the EURAXESS Network.
📌 The language of the event will be English, and no interpretation services will be provided.
📌 Participation is free of charge and open to all; prior registration is required.
📌 Conference presentations will be published on the relevant webpage after the event.

About the Calls
MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF) 2026 call will open on 9 April 2026 and close on 9 September 2026. This call aims to encourage the international and interdisciplinary mobility of researchers holding a doctoral degree and to support their career development. Individual research proposals from all scientific fields are eligible for funding.
MSCA Doctoral Networks (DN) 2026 call will open on 28 May 2026 and close on 24 November 2026. This call aims to train doctoral candidates (researchers who have not yet obtained a doctoral degree) through innovative and interdisciplinary research projects without thematic restrictions.
MSCA Staff Exchanges (SE) 2027 call will open on 15 December 2026 and close on 15 April 2027. The programme supports the transfer of knowledge, technology, and experience across sectors and countries through the exchange of research, technical, and administrative staff between Türkiye and countries within and beyond Europe.
