The “Horizon Europe Cluster Calls Experience Sharing Event,” organized by the ITU Projects Office International Projects Unit, was held on 25 March 2026 at the ITU Süleyman Demirel Cultural Center (SDKM) Senate Hall.

During the event, researchers who had previously applied to Horizon Europe Cluster calls shared their experiences regarding the proposal preparation process, while reviewer perspectives on project evaluation processes were also presented. In addition, the ITU International Projects Office provided information on the support mechanisms available for Horizon Europe applications.

The program included:
• An introductory presentation of the ITU International Projects Office,
• Experience sharing on proposal preparation processes by Prof. Dr. Derya Yüksel İmer and Assoc. Prof. Dr. İmge Akçakaya Waite,
• Sharing reviewer experiences related to Horizon Europe project evaluation processes by the same researchers,
• An interactive Q&A session concluding the event.
