Dear Researchers,
Within the framework of the WIDERA.NET project, the WIDERA National Contact Points from Poland, Czechia, Ukraine and Romania will organise an online International Information Day on 27 February 2026 for teams planning to submit a proposal to the 2026 Twinning Call.
The event will take place from 10:00 to 16:00 (CET/CEST) via MS Teams and will be held in English.
During the Information Day, the following topics will be covered:
- General conditions, objectives and expectations of the Twinning call
- The position of Twinning within the WIDERA Work Programme
- The Lump Sum funding approach
- Expected impacts and outcomes
- Updates on the new proposal template and evaluation process
- Practical recommendations and tips for proposal preparation
- Most frequent evaluators’ comments and success rate statistics
In addition, coordinators of previously funded Twinning projects will share their experiences. Throughout the event, participants will have the opportunity to address their questions directly to the speakers and receive first-hand feedback on issues related to proposal preparation.
